Marshall Butler
Marshall Butler, Chairman of the Board, was a Co - Founder and is Chairman of Nitzanim AVX/Kyocera Venture Capital Fund. Nitzanim was formed to invest in Israel in 1993 and has realized over $170 million on its initial capital of $20 million. He formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of AVX and was also a Director of Kyocera. Mr. Butler serves on the Board of Governors of the Technion, as well as on the boards of MassMutual Corporate Investors, MassMutual Participation Investors, Alpha Technologies and First Israel Mezzanine Investors. Jonathan Sohnis

Leon Recanati
Until May 2003, Leon Recanati was CEO and Chairman of IDB Holding Corporation, one of the largest and the most diversified holding company in Israel, controlling around 150 different companies, and one of the "fathers" of the hi-tech industry in Israel through corporate VC's like Elron (NASDAQ:ELRN), Infinity, and Clal Biotechnology, or as a GP or LP in the leading Israeli VC's. Also, Leon was Chairman of Clal Industries and Investments, Discount Investment Corporation, and Azorim Investment Development and Construction. Until 1997, Leon was chairman of Delek Israel Fuel Corporation and Super-Sol (retail), in addition to several other positions in a variety of operating companies in Israel.
Born in Israel, Leon is the third generation of the Recanati family – a driving force in the Israeli economy and Israeli society since pre-statehood days. Leon received his BA and M.B.A. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an Honorary Doctorate from the Technion Institute of Technology and Tel Aviv University.
Leon's personal involvement in organizations and diverse causes has earned him a reputation as one of Israel's outstanding community leaders. He is Chairman of the Board of the Israel National Museum of Science in Haifa, Vice Chairman of the Israel Cancer Association, and Chairman of Tel-Aviv University's Development Committee. He also is an active member of the Board of Governors of Tel-Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Technion, Weizmann Institute, The Chaim Herzog Center for Middle East Studies and Diplomacy at Ben-Gurion University, the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Jewish Agency, and Chairman of Tapuah – The Israeli Society for the Advancement of the Information Age. |

Clay Hamner
| W. Clay Hamner is the Frank Hawkins Kenan Professor of Private Equity and Entrepreneurship and the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also is the Chairman and of Montrose Capital Corporation, which he founded in 1982. Montrose Capital Corporation has owned or held majority interest in over forty businesses, as well as made numerous venture capital and real estate investments. Prior to founding Montrose Capital, Mr. Hamner was formerly a faculty member at Northwestern and Duke Universities.
Mr. Hamner has served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies including Wendy’s International, Inc, (NYSE), Fuqua National Corporation (NYSE), Triton Group, Ltd. (NYSE), Interstate Johnson Lane [(OTC) now Wachovia Securities], Giga Media (OTC and Taiwan Exchanges), Kleinfeld, Inc., The Pantry, Inc. and Capital Technology, Inc.
