Ruti Sapan - HR Consultant  

Ruti is responsible for portfolio CEO positions recruitment, HR DD and HR projects in portfolio companies, as well as for team working processes and recruitment at headquarters.

Ruti was VP of Management Resources and CEO of IDB fund at IDB Group for four years before joining Infinity. Prior to that Ruti managed recruitment and employees' development at Orange Israel. Before that she managed Keinan- Shefi Institute of HR testing & placement where she, amongst other responsibilities, was responsible for recruitment and training of Cellcom startup. Prior to that Ruti was relocated to Brussels for four years by the Prime Minister's Office and was responsible for HR in Euorope.

Ruti holds a BA degree in Psychology and an MA degree in Clinical Psychology from Bar- Ilan University.
