Alice Yang, based in Beijing, is focused on technology venture investments and cross border technology transfer between Israel and China.
Before joining Infinity, she was a cofounder of Ehomesys, an Air Source Energy Startup. She had been the Associate Director at RI Group, led China Australia Cross Border Investment Transactions. Previously, she was the investment manager at Jafco Asia HK and PPF Investment, led a number of technology venture investments including MedSphere International, Palm Commerce, etc. Her portfolio management experience covers: Tudou.com, A8 (IPO in HKEX), LDK Solar (IPO in NYSE), Cgen (trade sale to Focus Media) and Fiberxon (trade sale to MRV in US).
Prior to the private equity industry, Alice spent 9 years in leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies including Novo Nordisk China, ICON Clinical Research and Group Health Inc. in the US. She was responsible for setting up insulin packaging plant in China and global central laboratories in US and Europe.
Alice received her Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, and BA in Scientific English from Beijing University of Business and Technology. |
